who is without sin
Who or What is your adulteress? Proverbs 7 clearly states that she will come with her smooth words and provocative appeal. As Christ followers, we must be very careful what we follow and the corners we hang around. Do not be naive to her schemes. Naivety only leads you away from the places where you should be.
There are 3 questions that you must ask yourself to make sure what you’re following is the intent and the purpose that you are created for:
1. Will it make you stray from Gods Word?
2. Does the voices you’re hearing glorify you instead of our Creator?
3. Are things being asked of you that you can’t afford or do not possess nor have the faith to possess?
So many times we look for our purpose in so many areas when God has a clear direction for us to go. We spend time chasing fantasies and whimsical ideas that has nothing to do with the clear intent God has for us.
Ther are 3 qustions we as Christ followers must ask ourselves: who am I not honoring that I need to be? Who do I owe that I need to pay? Who do I need to show I love them that needs to know? According to Romans 13 these are the questions we must ask and answer to live a righteous life!
Don’t buy into yourself, you’re really not as smart and wise as you think. Be careful not to get caught up in the people who may be building you up. Even the wisest man on earth made this mistake and it cost him everything. It started with one Queen and a goddess(1 Kings 10, 11). It is amazing how foolish praise gets into our heads(especially men) and gives us a false sense of importance and worth. We have a tendency to think everything is about us when it’s about how great Christ is, in you! The ability to have good selfworth and not selfish ambitions is very tricky. Only time with our Creator can give the balance we need to keep it between the lines. Every time things go well we have a tendency to forget the One who created us to do what we are called to do. Let God direct you in the good times and the difficult ones and you won’t get caught up in your own hype!

Have you helped build the house of God? If so, what does it look like? Have you left broken pieces and left out parts all along the way? In my life, I have realized that in my pursuit of building the kingdom, I have left a lot of doubt in the integrity of the house I have built for God to dwell. This morning, in my study time, the realization was obvious that as we represent who Christ is we must take into account what He looks like to others. In 1 Kings 6, God revealed an intricate plan to Solomon and stated only if he followed the plans that God had set for him, would it be a righteous house. So many times, I think that we think as Christians that we can operate as a spec home builder when God has instructed us to build a masterpiece. It is in our pursuit of creating the masterpiece that we truly can understand the righteousness and grace of God!

Here is a great interview with one of the Great Worshipers or our times on the 3 ways to comprehend and read the book of Psalms. God has really been dealing with me on my amount of personal intimate worship of Him and Psalms is the book to go to to understand getting in the Presence of the Almighty.
You know, it is so easy to sit on the couch vs. getting up and actually doing something. We need to see this as a trap(especially men)to be entangled into something that could endanger our focus on achieving God’s purpose for our life. As they say “an idle mind is the devil’s work shop” well idle time is to! Notice in 2 Samuel 11, in the spring of the year, the time when kings go out to battle, David was on his couch. We need to ask ourself a question; are we on the couch when it’s time to go to battle? This question will keep us from finding ourself in places we never should have been in the first place!
so many times we hog grace all up for ourselves that we are not able to extend any to anyone else. this week at Celebration Church; Pastor Tim brought a great word for the Church(the whole body) that everyone needs to listen to, here it is so after you listen let me know where you stand at examining yourself. Have you counted the cost of following Jesus?
excess |ikˈses; ˈekses|
1. an amount of something that is more than necessary, permitted, or desirable
Why is it that when it comes to everything in life we like it in excess except scripture and prayer. I dont know if it is just me but I like everything in excess and I dont even have to think partaking in excess it is intrenched in me. My food, my music, my play, the only thing that I struggle in is prayer and scripture time. I dont know why that is, well yes I do, I was sitting in JD’s(youth pastor of all youth pastors) office and he has Luke 12:34 on his wall and it hit me. What ever your treasures are that is where you will have excess. If its food you will find a way to get food, whatever it is if its your treasure you will find a way to have excess in that area. So I am going to begin searching myself daily to make Jesus my treasure. We like to say He is but where are you excessive? That is your treasure. Hurts dont it?

This is a short paper that I published after a great conversation. I hope it enlightens you to the struggle that the church is in to teach and preach the Holy Spirit and what it means to you.
In every realationship I think that it is inparitive to ask yourself two questions! What are you afraid of? What are you hiding? These two questions encompass every vulnerable place that you need to examine in dealing with insecruities that you may be dealing with. After you ask yourself ask your spouse to see what the things are you need to work on to make them more confortable with themselves or maybe you.
